Worry-Free Service Agreement

As costs continue to escalate, an increasing number of our clients are requesting a price protection service contract that covers all replacement costs due to normal wear and tear on their security systems. In response, we are offering you a worry-free price protection service contract that includes the cost of all parts and labor.

Our service contract will give you the peace of mind in knowing that your security system is being maintained to factory standards and that unexpected service costs are eliminated. We strongly recommend that you review the itemized parts and service costs below. It will give you an idea of some of the expenses you will incur if your system fails.

Here is what the plan includes:

• One complete system annual inspection and battery check
• Replacement of any low or out-of-date system batteries
• Plan includes all parts and labor charges throughout the year on any system maintenance required
• Priority service scheduling
• Access to our 24-hour technical phone support hotline
• Free system remote programming (applies to GE, Radionics & Bosch)
• Free system software upgrades as they become available
• 10% discount on any new installation work or system additions

All this for only $18.00 per month for residential clients.

* Commercial system service contracts start at $22.00 per month. The actual cost is based on the size and extent of the system.

Typical Costs

Residential service call -- $79.00 per hour (1 hour minimum), plus parts. Each additional hour is billed in 15-minute increments.

Commercial service call -- $85.00 per hour (1 hour minimum), plus parts. Each additional hour is billed in 15-minute increments.

Emergency service call (nights and weekends) -- $150.00 per hour (1 hour minimum). Each additional hour is billed in 15-minute increments.
